If you wank too much you might temporarily run out and find it very difficult to cum. You then need to take a break to let it build up again. 30 minutes would be no good, if you really run low its best to take at least a day off.

In the long term you cant use up all your sperm, its does replenish. So there's no risk that by wanking a lot you wont be able to have kids.
