I watched this british Sexucation programme that aired over here and it said zinc contains alot of Zinc...

On another topic my mum saw white marks on my fingernails...
She googled it and it said it means im zinc deficiant.
I searched also and i found out that lack of zinc explains the warts i have, the moles i have, and my bad zit problem...

personally i always thought that the white marks was a calcium deficiency.

and i believe that semen only has a tiny bit of zinc so it doesnt really matter how much you masturbate.
