In my mirror
there lives a boy
His stance like mine
And eyes so fine
Tall and graceful
He looks to me
In his eyes I can see
He is sad like I can be
A tear falls
A shiver runs
His hands shaking
His feet numb
He lives in cold
This mirror boy
His face shows me
He is no toy
He raises his hand
For mine to meet
Through this glass
I feel no heat
Smile my boy
I beg of him
Silent words
Slowly begin
In my mirror
There lives a boy
His face so sad
His story is bad
there lives a boy
His stance like mine
And eyes so fine
Tall and graceful
He looks to me
In his eyes I can see
He is sad like I can be
A tear falls
A shiver runs
His hands shaking
His feet numb
He lives in cold
This mirror boy
His face shows me
He is no toy
He raises his hand
For mine to meet
Through this glass
I feel no heat
Smile my boy
I beg of him
Silent words
Slowly begin
In my mirror
There lives a boy
His face so sad
His story is bad
