I have felt sharp pains in my legs and feet and once in my jaw. They are very intense and last a few seconds. I believe they are muscle cramps but idk. :confused:

I think my little brother had the same thing. The doctor told him it was because the bones were growing and that was the cause if the pain. Never happened to me though.

I doubt this is what it is, but blood clots can cause really bad pains in your legs feet arms and jaw (where your artery is) and i does heart really badly. I doubt this is what your having problems with though.. Id probably go see a doctor. They can give you a quick solution.

could just be growing pains. if it occurs at the same spot frequently then you might need to see a doctor

oh those are cramps i had those too. Try getting potassium supplements or try eating more bananas. Good luck
