It isn't necessarily bad, just very bland. It almost feels as if I've heard the song several times before. It's decent, none the less.

The screams could use a little variation, like the low screams sound very monotone (especially in the begining), the higher pitch isn't that bad. and maybe make the cymbal a little quieter (or not as much cymbal) and the lead guitar louder and more intricate, just my opinion :P
but over all, not a bad demo :) keep at it
