What's the deal on uncircumsized guys and retractable foreskin. I have tried to pull it back a few times and I'm 14 now but it only hurts when I do it. Will this fix itself?

It's normal for some guys' foreskins to be unretractable. If it hurts to try to retract it, don't. You could damage the foreskin. It may or may not become retractable over time.

after many cuts and healing it does stretch a bit. when you pull down your foreskin,(uncircumsized) the sides of the foreskin would rip a little.

It shouldn't be hurting. I'm uncircumsized and mine doesn't do that. How long has this been happening?

Well I've never actually pulled it beyond the head because whenever I start to the skin becomes very tight and it feels like the head of my penis is too large to pull it over. I'm not that perticuarly wide either. Also the skin under my foreskin is extremely sensitive, but this is normal right?

That is normal. I had this problem that the skin wasn't back far enough so I had to pull it down. It hurt like heck. I think you should go see a doctor, or if you have your physical coming up soon talk to him then.

A doctor? Wow. I guess this is more serious than I thought. One of the things that takes me aback is that it goes back part of the way but then its like trying to put a ring that is too small onto your finger. I'm not sure if I should try to do it because I feel like it would be easier once I did it once.

Hurray! I finally pulled it back. All it took was some practice. Now I have another question - when I touched the uncovored head I immediatly flinched. How do people not feel pain when the head is touched?

Ermm im uncut and i have never had this problem except i kinda flinch after orgasm because my head becomes sensitive, don't worry about it, It is just sensitive from being uncovered. Also make sure to wash your penis head when u next take a shower. You have to take good care of you penis since it is uncut. It can cause infection if you don't clean off the cheesy looking stuff called smegma. Smegma is mostly dead skin cells, but make sure to clean your penis.

What? The clitoris? How did that get into this? I think only girls have a clitoris - I think what you mean is the meatus or tip of the penis. And yes it is very very sensitive. Does the head become slightly desensitized after a while because it is hard to clean or touch if it hurts on the least bit of contact.

ya i had something like that happen to me and i just pulled it all the way down and it riped and there was a little cut there but it pained like hell if i rubbed up againist something but its all good now u supposed to keep it down thats what my doctor said to keep it clean no infections that way

How old were you guys when it ripped? Also is there a way to make the uncovored haed less sensitive? And Also, dude101, do you mean keep the skin down all the time?

When you guys ripped the skin was that from pulling it down when you had an erection? When I'm flaccid I can do it but I have't done it with an erection yet.

fruitloop no actually the foreskin isnt released by the glans during puberty... it is released from the glans when your a toddler... By age 5 your penis will no longer be fused to the glans. (I read an article). I am uncut and since i can remember i have been able to pull the foreskin back. You might just be having a harder time pulling it back if your penis is starting to grow. Mine is starting to grow and its a little harder to pull back then it was before. Mine was never ripped though, so I can't tell you anything on that, but do make sure to wash all the smegma off ur penis head in the shower... just pull the skin back and let the water do its job...

i had the same problem with this a few years ago.just gradually stretch it bit by bit over a extended period of time and it should get better.
