well, in my opinion, you had oral SEX so I would say not. Although different people consider it differently.

Oral does not count as losing your virginity. Although it is a sexual act it is not "sex", masturbation is a sexual act too. You need penetrative sex to lose your virginity.

no it doesnt count. the only way for a guy to lose his virginity to another guy is from anal sex. but what about the guys who enjoy anal stimulation for masturebation?

In my book it counts

The generalised term for sex means penetration.. ie. Vaginal(maybe anal, depends)
So I'd say you were still a virgin as you didn't penetrate anything, other than a mouth.. obviously.

Some will consider that losing virginity or others will consider anal/ vaginal really it's whatever you consider. But in the dictionary it says vaginal intercourse

I really don't think so. Nothing gets penetratated. It was just a blow job. Not sex, sex.

You don't have to be rude. You never specified in the first post if it was a guy or a girl. You simply said that you had oral sex.

And to answer your question, you can still be considered a virgin

i'd say you lost it.

It's called oral sex for a reason

(and for the record, most of you just said that every lesbian on earth is going to be a virgin for life unless she decides to screw a guy for some reason unfathomable to me)

Its not sex. If someone asks "have you had sex" they mean intercourse, not a bj. You're just wrong, thats all there is to it. You are still a virgin if you've only had a bj.

Lets see some definitions:
From Wikipedia; Sexual Intercourse: refers to the act in which the male reproductive organ enters the female reproductive tract. In recent years, penetration of non-sexual organs (oral intercourse, anal intercourse) or by non-sexual organs (fingering, fisting) are also sometimes included in this definition. Traditionally, intercourse has been viewed as the natural endpoint of all sexual contact between a man and a woman.
And, Dictionary.com Sexual union between humans involving genital contact other than vaginal penetration by the penis.

So you pretty much could technically say you lost your virginity, but it all depends on someone's opinion.

P.S. Didn't post links because they contain some images that are kinda weird/innapropriate.

If oral sex counted as a sexual act enough to lose your virginity, then everyone who masturbates isn't a virgin anymore. Masturbation is manual sex, technically. But to each his own; everyone has different opinions on this. I believe the only way to lose your virginity is vaginal or anal. Intercourse.

If you didn't want to loose your virginity, don't have sex. It's really not that hard.

Also, I know several people who feel kissing is borderline.
