You're supposed to pee before and after masturbating to keep your urinary tract from infection anyway. I agree with lostinakiss. Orgasms are psychological. Also rub (or watev) at a consistent speed. And if you really want to orgasm, do it fast and hard.

Masturbation, to me, is filthy and dirty, & my OCD will freak out & I'll have to go crazy on cleaning myself & changing etc.
