I wouldn't consider myself fat but i am slightly overweight and have a beer belly. I'm about 6' 2" 210 lbs. and size 38 pants. I have a huge appetite and it is just wonder how I don't weigh so much more then I do. I have considered fasting for a few days and I know everyone will be like don't do that but just hear me out ok. I think if I fast for a few days and slowly start to eat small size meals to average size meals it might make it so it takes less food to fill me up, almost like a stomache staple effect. I just dont like my beer belly and the fact that the style of pants I like are hard to find in my size. I have done this in the past and lost a lot of weight, but I didnt eat for a week and I was afraid I was developing an eating disorder, but i caught myself early and made sure I didn't. When I finally started eating again it was much, my stomache couldn't handle much food. What would some of you guys advices be? Good idea? If not you got any tips for me?

Well really the best and healthyest way to lose weight is to eat healthly and exercise.
Fasting will stor the fat inside you as your body dosnt know when you will next eat.
Mabie you should start to eat smaller portions but you still should eat 3 meals a day :) x

Thats a load of bull.. Your body needs fat and eating less fat doesn't make you lose excess fat on your body -.-

Eating 12 grams of fat a day at 210 lbs is not good for your health and any kind deprivation of nutrients can make your body do things you don't really want it to do - like crave for more food as it thinks starvation is nearing and so on..

To the OP, just use Google really, posting everything here would be bothersome & not very efficient, I think anybody knows the basic slogans '' eat right, excercise blah blah '' but to really do something right you need to know how it works so just ask Google and browse around, there are many many great sites in English, including specific forums which are far more useful for asking these kind of questions

... And if you really fail at basic information searching then PM and I'll give you a few links.
