If im breaking any rules by posting this (i don't know why i would; its honest advice for people who seek this info) please let me know.

Okay i know there are faster ways to do this, like steroids and hormone pills, but those are very unhealthy and sometimes illegal. there are natural ways as well, and since a lot of kids want more hair, i'll tell you how.

you will need:
healthy food
Eucalyptus oil(not required)

1. massage yourself at least 2 minutes daily. yes, really. this gets blood flowing and gets more nutrients to your follicles, therefore making hair grow faster.

2. rub eucalyptus oil. Eucalyptus oil is really good for your skin and hair, and can be bought over the counter at most health stores.

3. Eat protein. Protein is excellent for you, not only for growing body hair, but for everything.

4. Eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet is great for you, and will help all of your systems (cardio, digestive, etc.)

5. Exercise. This will get your blood flowing.

NOTE: you may not see results immediately. Also, if you are in a lineage of people without body hair, this may not work as well.
This only speeds up current growth.

That was an awkward post. :whoops:

it makes medical sense. if blood is not flowing properly, your systems fail.

if it doesn't work, you'll at least benefit in other ways.

I also know that massaging the body (especially the frontal torso) encourages natural hormone production, which will make hair growth more rapid.

Unless there's something wrong with your circulatory system beforehand, anything you said about blood flow should be discounted as the blood should reach to every area of your body already.

but it makes it circulate faster. your fingers get cold because the circulation isn't good enough.

Hmm well I disagree, but I'm no expert like you. So I won't say anything more.

The only known way to make hair grow in any noticeable amount is by playing on the hormonal levels/receptors.

Kids do not have "less" hair than adults - but their hair is underdeveloped and hard to see. In no way are they lacking nutriments - they simply cannot use the excess material because they haven't got the chemical signal to grow longer/thicker/darker.

Massages *could* have a tiny effect on adults loosing hair (and even that is questionable) because of circulatory problems; but apart few pathological cases, underdevelopment of hair in adolescents is in no way a sign of bad blood circulation.
