knee pain

ok so, 2 years ago I missed a step and hurt my knee. It hurt to walk for 2 weeks and then stopped. Now, everytime I overuse it (run or walk far) it starts hurting. I've felt it and the pain comes from a lump about 1 inch lower than the knee cap. What is wrong?

I would talk to your doctor about it.
Just don't try to overuse it.

ahh my knee hurt for a couple days when I dropped a 1.5 liter bottle of wine on it at work on thanksgiving. but it went away
