Do you have Flash installed? If you do, uninstall it, then reinstall it. I don't have a Mac, so I can't tell you how to do that. But you can find the Flash software on the Adobe website.

To do a re-installation, go here (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/).
Under 'Mac OS X' find the uninstaller, run that. After that finishes, run the installer.
Should work then.

didn't work X_x the thing is the chat opens but i can't see the writing boxes, i hear the sounds but i just can't see what is being written
