Advise please

There is this girl I really really like,see the thing is (and you've probably heard this a million times before) I don't have the bottle.

I think it's because from an early age I was shy of girls,and never really broke that,so now I continue to be shy and not take the risks.

I'm 14 now and have only had 2 girlfriends,one was just a silly mistake when I was 12,but the other was more serious.I Knew I fancied her,and she fancied me,but still negative thoughts ran through my head:

What if shes just stringing me along

Why would she be attracted to me!?

I'm trying to coach myself outta this,but it's not really working.

I really fancy this girl,not in a 'corrr! I coul f*** that!' way but in a relationship way,someone to be with and love me back.but shes also a close friend!How do i tell her,how long should i wait!?

As for your problem....

There isnt any real need to actually ask her out, if you make sure your alone (like round yours or hers) you can just tell her how special she is to you.. How much she means to you and why you love her. Making her feel special is just another great way of saying to someone "hey I love you.."
