Kinda scary

Hey,erm recently iv been sneezing quite bad,so bad that after iv finished sneezing my chest,lower back,ribs and abdomen hurt.
Every now and then after sneezing i have a phlegmy cough,so i spit it out,but it has blood in it.
Whats wrong with me?does anybody know how to sort it?

Well when i had bronchitis i use to cough and mucus came out and it had some blood when i sneezed the same thing happened but when i went to the doctor they just told me it was normal (the pain you feel is also normal if you have bronchitis or pneumonia) but i do suggest you see a doctor just to be certain.
