Lately i have realised i am an addict of porn.
Online gay galleries...
Now i want to quit before i ask this girl i like out...
I know this will take a long time...

Has any of you ended a porn addiction before...?

I've done some research and apparently it affects the same part of the brain as cocaine...

I have had a very lonely and unsocial childhood and thats why i believe i first googled it at 11 years old. My parents had no part of making it unsocial and lonely whatsoever so i dont blame them 1 bit... i was an extremely weird child... an outcast...

I watched this youtube interview about some guy who started when he was 14... as a 32 year old he had already raped and killed 14 women... 30 mins after the interview the electric chair took him...

Can anyone give me advice or even try to quit with me...?

Install a system filter on your PC is what people said to me. Its a way of stopping yourself and reminding you thay you are trying to quit.

You could devise a timetable letting you bypqss the filter once a week.

Find out why you feel you need to view the porn.

I also suggest you ask the girl out anyway. If the relationship is real, I think, you will lose the desire to view porn. Trade porn for the girl.

Im the same way, but doesnt mean you cant break the addiction, i stopped for 4 months now i only do i once a week.

I watched this youtube interview about some guy who started when he was 14... as a 32 year old he had already raped and killed 14 women... 30 mins after the interview the electric chair took him...

This is a one off thing, your a totally different person, dont take this as what will happen to you.

Best Wishes, and to try to break the addiction, try watching porn and not wanking, try as hard as you can (no pun intended haha)

To be totally honest, just keep on watching. Then you'll get bored
