Well I was wondering if during puberty/teen years its hard to lost weight.
I have a small amounts of fat that have caught up to me that Im trying so hard to get rid of but it just seems to stay which is very bad cause im trying to get a 6 pack again and well it needs to happen soon cause of a movie....oops to far into personal life. O well so ya any ideas on how to get rid of it and is it harder to lost weight?

I have no idea but I bike and that keeps me thin. you could also try running.

I run at minimal 2 miles a day somtimes 4

Well, just running won't do you much good. A healthy diet and a well set out exercise plan really helps. Getting a six pack isn't much of a challenge to me. It's keeping that is tough. ;)
And puberty may have something to do with it. Seeing that we're not yet fully developed.

Ya I have a decent diet and I run aaaannnnddd do my nightly workout witch is pushups,situps and lots of other stuffs :D

My brother went from 160 to 120 from just eating 12 grams of fat a day and 1 hour on the treadmill then once the weight comes off then work on the abs it will be easie that way

12 grams of fat a day? Care to explain ?
And its not so much that im to heavy its just extra floating fat if you will.

He may have lost weight, but I'm sure it was VERY unhealthy. Losing 40 pounds like that isn't healthy.

Cut carbs, eat more protein. Basically try to build more muscles and continue your cardio to burn the excess fat. You should vary the speed and intensity of your run rather than just keep a steady pace.

Add 40 sit-ups before you go to bed into your daily excercise plan. That was the Only excercise i got and it gav me a six pack.
