Uneven Ribs.

one set of ribs ( my left side ) sticks up higher than the other ( i'm 13) is that normal?

I don't think so... I have perfectly even ribs. Wouldn't say perfect but they are certainly even.

I have the same shit one rib is higher than the other...but i think its normal i always go for check up for every 3 weeks because i had cancer and my doctor didn't say nothing about it so maybe its normal

Have you endured any recent trauma to your chest? Or where the uneven ribs are located? Do they move opposite of your other ribs when you breathe?
Do you have scoliosis? This could also be possible explanation.

i agree because i have scoliosis and my ribs are uneven and my hips are uneven my top cuvre is 53 dergees and my bottom cuvre is 39 dergees
i'm going to have back surgery done at uc davis medical center. my surgery on march 19 2010
