I am uncut...... I have used lube like 2 or 3 times and i did not like the feeling of it..... Do you cut guys have to use lube to keep from getting a rash or somthing?

It's quite possible that you are stretching the skin slightly. Pressuring the skin into a larger area than natural (or tugging on it back and forth in JO with a tight grip) will encourage skin cell production in that area as the body thinks the skin there needs to be longer to prevent damage.
