Tell some one, or you're going to end up hurt very badly. There's nothing else to it. That is something that needs to be addressed by professionals, and trust me they WILL help.

How can you spend about 2 hours on here if you don't have any computer access?
Sorry, but it's got to be asked...

Either way, if you want to have a chance of getting better then you have to tell someone. They are there to help you but they can only help as much as you let them.

you have to let other people help you. tell someone you trust and just get it out of your
system. its way better!
i had to tell someone because it was just too much for me and i felt i was going crazy !

Like everyone has said, you need to tell someone befor all of this gets so out of control you wont be able to help yourself. If you feel like this then tell your counceler. They will know what to do and will be able to help you. I cant stress how much you need to tell her. You need help and although it is good that you can let it out on here we cant help you in a way that a profeccional can. Do it for yourself, you dont deserve to be like this. :) xx

Why are you so scared about telling someone?
What is it that you think they will do/think/say?

Ok, try to calm down.
You won't lose your family over it.
And you won't end up in a psychiatric ward just because you hear voices.

The fact that they are getting worse is a clear sign that you have to speak up about them.
No one can help you if they don't know what is wrong.
Tell your counsellor. You have built up a relationship with her and she trusts you so it is a logical place to start.
