I would just wait until the time is right for you to ask her about a relationship between you two, because at the moment she could still like her boyfriend, just because she seems to be interested, wait for her to make a move first that way you are sure her and her boyfriend are no longer a couple, give her advice that helps her and not the sort of one that makes it seem that you are telling her her boyfriends a jerk blah blah stuff like that, also show subtle hints of you liking her and go from there.
