Well..we can't give you diagnostics but I would say to take an aspirin. And don't wait for your parents to come home. CALL THEM. Ok when you say a bone "Sticks up" do you mean literally or something else?

Tell them that your chest hurts and one of your bones is elevated.

Just tell them that your in pain and medication won'tt work, and it's been going on for _____ long. And that you need to see a doctor.

First of all I would suggest that you find a doctor as soon as possible. If your parents are not able to come back, ask other family relatives who are over the medical age of consent to take you on your parents behalf.
If bones are sticking where they should not be generally that means something is wrong, the cause could be various most common I would say is it is broken or fractured.
As you say it is in your chest I am going to hazard a guess and say you are talking about your ribs ?
Anyway, the longer you leave it the worse it could possibly get, go get checked out as soon as possible.

If it is a rib bone, you need to get x-rays fast. I don't want to scare you, but if the bone moves it could possibly puncture a lung.

Even if it isn't a rib bone, any bone could puncture your lung.
