There's a note inside the vial. The vial is sealed by a cork and you need to find SOMETHING to open it.

EDIT!!!: the batteries go inside the laser pointer, which has a combo for the safe PLUS that piece of paper that says xx= something.

i cant get the last bit done, i dont know how to get GD,OC,OU,LK codes for the keypad and i dont know if they connect to the good luck UV thing. please, if someone knows, PLEASE pm me with the answer, please.

well, you have to find out what order the colours are in and then enter them as they appear on the cube.
