Erection?

Ok so I noticed I can contract muscles in my pelvic area and I can create an erection when ever I want :D so can anyone else do this. When I squeeze the muscles it makes my penis move.

i can do this, but it doesn't make me hard unless i think sexual things whilst doing it - which gets me hard anyway, thus making the excercise completely pointless and effectpess.
