Teen Dating Sights

I realy want to meet more people, but I came across a Teen Dating sight. I'm just unsure whether it is legit and safe. I haven't done anything on it or with it eg. making an account, posting etc. Just wanted some advice or passed experiences :) thanks ^_^

I wouldn't suggest it. You're still only fifteen, you have plenty of time to find a girlfriend/boyfriend. In my opinion, dating sites are for adults, who've been single for a little while and are having trouble meeting people. Ideally, you wanna date someone you know in real life, or at least get to know them and meet in real life a few times before getting involved with them.

Also, with a site specifically for teens... how can they really verify anyone's age? If they're determined enough, anyone can pretend to be a teen and do so pretty convincingly. With a site that underage kids can join, kids who think they "need" a boyfriend or a girlfriend, it's got to be rather attractive to creepers and pedos. I wouldn't recommend ever joining a dating site unless you're 18+ and you know how to stay safe.

Personally, I feel that if you can't use the right version of site, you're probably not mature enough to handle a relationship.
I'm definitely going to agree with Jessi on this one. Also, you're most likely not going to find someone worth looking for on one of those sites, anyways. They're most likely all desperate teens who're looking for a quick fix, perverted teens also looking for a quick fix, or, finally, middle age men who are looking to give you a "quick fix". I'd stay away from that whole mess.

Relationships at your age are bullshit anyway. Be single and be happy before you have actual reasons not to.

Right! There is no need to rush into trying to meet more people, finding a relationship through the internet and in my opinion there are better ways to do both of the above.

Whilst on a dating site it may be easier to find people, you have no idea what they are like in person, there are many obvious risks eg people may not be who they say they are, people can lie.

If you are looking to meet new people try joining a club, sports team or a group that relates to your interests. Doing this will allow you to meet people in a safer more realistic environment.

Also if you join a club that you are interested in you will meet people with common interests which always helps in building a friendship. Which can help to make things a lot easier.

I doubt there is one, and if there is one it would be infested with pedophiles (there's no way to legitimately tell your age on the internet, maybe in the future but now no), so I'd advise you not to.
