Im kinda new to this but its been over a whole yr and im on the verge of going all the way back to square one and there is absolutely nothing i can do about it coz im stuck in a rut and i cant seem to get out of it without going all the way back to square one. Its like over the last few weeks the world has become an even darker black hole and is consuming every ounce of strength ive used to block out everything. I dont have the energy to fight in a battle that i no longer seem to have control over. i think maybe its time i draw for my white flag and surrender!

O.k. Well as your new we dont really know lots about you so by the language used
you used? to self harm and you have quit for a year? If that is correct ...
Self harm is very addictive as you may know and things may seem like they are
completly out of your control, but they are not. Imagine the guilt you will feel
if you go back to spuare one again. You will have to go through all of the pain
that you went through stopping the first time again. This will be a really big mistake! There
is somethings that you can do ... stay strong this will get better, it always does
and always will.
Anyone is here to talk to you if you need any extra support!
~ Take care :) xx

The world if one of those places, where you cant expect whats going to happen, you have no clue how your day is going to turn out
the only thing you can do is go into everyday with the attitude that its going to be a good day.
you need to be strong, try finding something you enjoy to get rid of that feeling of darkness.
i personally play guitar, and just show my emotions through the strings of a guitar
cutting is hard i know, i know exactly how you feel
but we are all here to help
were here to help you break trhough that feeling of pain
that feeling of desperation. stay strong
try and find someone you can talk to. let your emotions out, hiding them does nothing.
hope it all works out
Cheers.
Lou.
