Theres this girl in my school which i really like..

Shes nice, she talks to me a little and has started sitting near me @ break and so on if im chillin somewhere...
Shes a year younger but i dont look or even act any older than her.
If a kid in my class has a play on with me and starts calling me names and shes there she'll back me up and we'll get the lad back .

Im just wondering, is there a way to see if she lieks me?

I think the best way to go about this is be up front about it. I know that's easier said than done but I just had an awkward experience that would have turned out much worse if I wasn't up front and blunt about things.
