GirlStuff-GIRLS i need help FAST!!

Well tommorow will be about a 12h day out for me.... and my period just started!!Can i get some advice on how to prevent a leek?Like how many tampons do i take...and what do i wear?Can i wear white?I'll be going on alot of rides...what do i do??im like in panic!!please help!!!!

were a pad or tampon.

and I would go ahead and bring a few extra tampons or pads with you in your purse.

yea. and dont go on too many rides that bump around and swing you everywhere either, just to be safe

just make sure you don't forget to change your tampons. most of them could only be worn less than a day

bring a few tampons (espically if ur wearing short shorts) and change them every once in a while

Actually, if youre wearing a tampon, you really dont have to avoid things like that at all. As long as you feel comfortable doing those things of course. (Make sure you read the leaflet in the box properly, especially about how often you should change it, it should tell you most of what you need to know.)
If youre using pads, i wouldnt suggest anything too energetic but you can get pads with side wings etc which help prevent leaks.

I guess it jsut takes some practice and some getting used to.
It might help to talk about things with your friends because theyre probably going/have gone/are about to go through the exact same thing as you and they might have some good tips :) ...aswell as embarrassing stories which help you feel that you arent the only one! :P

do what everybody else says and if u find your getting crams wich is very commen take some ibprofen....it will keep the carmingpains down(not that im a girl i just know)

just take it out when your going for a ride with a boy so he can finger you lol
