Does Race Affect Penis Size?

I kno that people say that African Americans have the biggest penises and Aisans have the smallest. Is that true?

I know I can't really answer because I have no penis to measure (xP) but I will say that I don't think race is necessarily what affects it. Africans are known for being tall and Asians are known for being short. I think it only makes sense that penis size would have some correlation to the overall size of the person. Not all Africans are super tall though, and not all Asians are super short, so the race/penis size thing is mostly based on generalizations. That's not to say that taller-than-average guys always have larger-than-average penises, but it's probably more likely than it would be for a very short guy.

The penis doubles up as a heat transfer unit (hence the good blood circulation). Families originating from hotter places, such as black African, are likely to have a larger penis as there is/was more heat to exchange somewhere along the line. This suggests that race will be a large factor in penis size, and that Africans and African Americans will be larger, but not for the reason above.

I think race does have some impact, but there is a wide range of sizes, so there would be some overlap: not *all* African people will have huge ones, and not all Asian people will have tiny ones.
