All right, that fucking douchebag of a virus starting to piss me off. I've had twice and twice it's made me do a system recovery on my computer. Does anyone know any good programs to rofflestomp bullshit like that on a computer? I mean, when I had it on Sunday, it infected every thing on my computer - my Spybot Search and Destroy, my internetm and my fucking logout button. If no one knows how to like destroy once it gets on to a computer, I hope at least some of you people don't ever fall for that fake anti-virus software. I mean, the first time I saw it, I belived, but the other day when I saw it on my computer again, I freaked out like no other.

Scan an infected file on this website : http://www.virustotal.com/

This will give you more information about the virus, then use google to find a tool to remove it. There are a lot of anti virus software's out there chances are one of them will be able to help you.

Tips to avoid getting a virus are:

Don't download files from a source that you cannot be sure of. Downloading from warez sites, file sharing eg Limewire.

Keep your computer updated and use a secure internet browser Firefox is one of the best out there.

Be cautions of files that are .exe .scr .bat if you do not know exactly what they are.

Try and get hold of Nod32, its reliable, doesnt give false positives (well very, very rarely) and that will solve your problems, also it doesnt eat your resources up like Norton etc. Also get yourself Malwarebytes Anti Malware and run a scan using that. Good luck!

Top advice, I use MBAM heaps (Malwarebytes Anti Malware), Cleans nearly everything, If not SuperAntiSpyware free, if not Microsoft security essentals, they alll work well and use very little resources
