Pulsating Hand

Ok so almost everyday now during school the area around my thumb starts to pulsate. Like my thumb will move on it's own. It doesn't hurt or anything. Just can be an annoyance. I don't know what's causing this. I mean I skip breakfast often and I don't think I get enough sleep. Could these be a factor?
Any help is appreciated. :D

Yes, not sleeping and malnutrition can cause muscle twitches. It's probably the lack of sleep though, because just skipping breakfast shouldn't be causing that sort of thing.

One way to find out if they are a cause of it is to make sure you eat properly, don't skip meals etc and try to get 8-9 hours of sleep per night [I think that's the average amount :s]
