I been taking some antibiotics for a toe infection, and since then, I've had sore throat, some diarrhea, and a little pain in right wrist (That may be from other stuff though), think these are just side effects or like, getting sick from them?

Diarrhea can be a sign that the antibiotics are being a little harsh on your stomach; some tend to do that. Try to take them with food and plenty of water, see if that helps.

I don't know if the sore throat is related. It's allergy season, so that could be a factor as well with that.

It's also possible that you've managed to catch a bug while being on the antibiotics, and that none of it's related.
As long as you're not getting hives, or having trouble breathing, just keep taking the antibiotics and see how it goes.

Different medications have different side effects, read the information leaflet that will have come with them.

Side effects like upset stomach/ diarrhoea can be associated with common antibiotics like Amoxicillin / Penicillin.

Bear in mind that antibiotics are used to treat bacterial caused infections so the possibility that your symptoms are related to a viral infection is significant. Viral infections usually clear up in their own time when your own immune system kicks in.

Remember to drink plenty of fluids, eat well and get plenty of rest. If you are having a lot of trouble speak to a doctor or your pharmacist, they will advise you of other medications you can use in conjunction or possibly an alternative.
