No, it doesn't have anything to do with puberty. It just happens that as boys get older, most prefer the extra room. :)

nothing in common there, when guys get older they just tend to swith to boxers for room ect. i have done so but sometimes i like to go back to something tighter, makes the bulge look bigger!
