From what you've said you seem to be asking for sexual favours from someone you dont very much like. That's kind of taking advantage and not really fair to him. You're only 13, why not wait for someone that you do find attractive and who doesn't annoy you?

Find somebody who it would seem wants to experiment with a guy who you like and try it with him. If you do it with somebody who finds you annoying/likes to annoy you, the chances are the whole school would know in days. I'd wait on it if I were you. Tell him you were horny and being stupid and you didn't really want it before he tries to take it further.
