Exactly how i've felt for a few weeks now. One minute i'll be happy and jokeing with my friends, then in the space of an hour that could all go turning upside down and i'll be sat there dreaming up ways to kill myself. Then it just continues to go up and down all day. so i'd say a 3 when i'm 'happy' and between 8-10 when i'm suddenly suicidal/severely depressed
