In my opinion that's rather naive and perhaps self centered. I can perfectly understand that someone would be willing to give a guy oral sex but would not want him to cum in their mouth, let alone swallow it. If you have a partner that isnt happy with the idea of someone cumming in their mouth then respect that, its not important in the grand scale of things.
