Bump my thread

So can I bump my own thread if it's had no replies, or is that against the rules as bumping an old thread.
The thread I want to bump is about 1 month old.

You can bump your own thread if you have something to add, sure.

Bumping just for the same of getting more views is the only thing that would be a problem, so just try not to do that.
