I have just begun expericencing oreal sex, and intercourse, and i ejaculate very quicky, like between 30 secons and 1 minute. I have been reading a lot about premautre ejaculation, and have tried a few things, like making my own cock ring (rubber band), and nothing seems to work. Are there any types of excercises that i could do to help me learn how to prolong my ejaculations? This is very embarassing to talk about with my GF, and because of this problem, i have been trying to aviod sex and oral.

i have been experiencing the same problem, not with sex ect. but with masturbation, im not sure how but i think one way would be when you feel you are going to ejeculate, stop, then carry on, then stop.. and so on.. just try that with masturbating and see if it works, no promises though, its just a theory!

well it's your lucky day! i happen to have some very good advice for this problem. just last year i was a huge noobie, but now i'm a sexual acrobat!!!

ok, heres what you can do (worked for me LOL)
1. put it on ice in intervals of 10 minutes like a day before the sexual act a few times (no more than 5!!)
2. be a little rough when touching yourself

i guess when you feel it coming, tence up a bit and just fight the urge to let it go and maybe eventually u'll be used to not ejaculating so fast. i ejaculate pretty fast when i masturbate but you have to think, when ur gonna have sex ur probably not gonna be moving ur penis around as fast as when ur masturbating

Well I have a similar issue but i havnt gone below the belt with a girl yet... so i dont worry about it. But to the last solution of just stoppin u still once ustart up again will want to cum lol and what girl honestly wants to wait for more pleasure then only to stop again i usually try to practice al il at home and it seems to have worked a bit so just work with it while ur at play time and ull be good for the true test. I have increased my time from 2min to almost 5... pLus when ur really excited it sometimes comes right back up ne way haha

if you have actually already had oral sex or anything or your just fantasizing if you think about it your gf has probably never tasted cum so she might like that you cum very early, also make sure to wear a condom please that will make it hard for your gf to tell... wear a colored one and since youll be inside her she can't see when you've ejaculated so dont worry to much, and if you shoot fast during masturbation try slowing down a bit during masturbation and see how long it takes.

ok, when you have sex think of something unsexy, like boxes, or telephones, anything unsexy, that will make you last longer, the hornier you are, the faster youll ejaculate, trust me:)

I've heard of this and that it's normal. This isn't a critical problem right now in life. You'll get better over time ;)
