i want to finally stop it

I got a question where can I look for help about stopping self harming..?
I'm only 16 and I can't really pay for any treatments and as my well my parents can't find out..

Well it can be done with willpower and some support from friends
and if your serious about stopping then just keep thinking positively
also try some of the alternative methods mentioned here if the self harming urge comes up

Well think about talking to your parents. They may be upset at first, but if they realise you want help to stop they will do everything possible to help. You really need more help than you can get from the internet, talking to your parents and then your GP is probably the first step.

your parents could help but if you feel you cant do that have good friends help, but you need to help yourself too.
