Actually, that wouldn't really affect it. It's commonly thought that guys tend to ejaculate more when they're inexperienced, but it's more like it just happens sooner because they might get more excited by all the new things that are happening. I'm guessing you'd maybe heard that, and that's where your statement came from.
With girls it can be the same way but, again, all that can really affect is how fast it happens, not the amount of bodily fluids involved.
