Okay, so i was just looking on the net for fat loss diets and i came across some which say that things like low carb diets and all that dont actually work and it's how you eat, something about controlling the fat burning hormones which your brain releases and tricking your body's metabolism rate etc etc. So anyway does anybody know some free ones on the net because you had to pay for the ones i found?

The only thing I know about anything you mentioned..
Low carbs diets make you constipated until you start eating normally.

If you're serious about losing weight. You don't need a diet. You need a lifestyle change. I suggest sparkpeople.com My friendlost 85 pounds using it. If you go on a diet and somehow lose the weight you will just go back to the way you were before even faster. They don't work. There's no fat burning trick or high metabolism drug or anything that will just work.

instead of having 3 big meal a day have lots of smaller meals to keep your metabolism working fast all day EXERCISE and if you get the cravings and have to treat your self go for it but then flush it down with plenty of water the water will help move the food through your stomach faster the faster it moves the less fat and sugar is absorbed i was just looking up how to get six pack abs and thats basically what i was read over a few diffrent pages

A diet - a bullshit routine of eating made by some ''doctor'' which pretty much always involves starving yourself, leaving out an essential food group or/and sources of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates etc etc..
To lose weight and keep it down one needs proper nutrition and an active lifestyle. People who go on and off of diets are 90% of the time housewives who rebound every time they go off a diet.
Also what you mentioned about the body ''burning fat for energy'' is probably ketosis, but I wouldn't definitely recommend trying that just to start losing weight as its a bit complicated and is not always good for your body
