Not all girls can, quite rare to find a girl who can. They can do this multiple times unlike us. And it's not really 'cum', many people believe it to be urine - not true, I don't know the actual name though

I'll try to answer :S. Not sure on how it is produced but scientists believe it is produced by the paraurethral glands or female prostate, also known as the Skene's glands. Has no fancy name other than female ejectulation. Hope it helped. Also I have no idea why women would need it.

It has a special name which I can't remember and can't be bothered to trawl through Google to have a look.
As far as I'm aware the "cum" is just extra lubricant. It's very rare that females can orgasm, probably because of evolution.( they don't "cum", because of new modern stuff)
