Your English confuses me....
In response to the questions I could pick out, I think it should be legal. I don't like how it was criminalized in the first place in the US and I believe that from various stats from countries where it is legal there is a lowered use of harder drugs. I also can never quite see why things like cannabis are illegal and tobacco isn't. I know you can't always justify the legalisation of one drugs just because there's worse than it already legal, but I really don't think cannabis is that bad. There are a LOT of other drugs out there which are legal and do a lot more harm than cannabis. I also understand that cannabis can affect people in different ways, and in some cases quite badly, but as with all things in life, it will of course carry some risk with it.
For medical purposes I completely support it. It helps people, the people who use it use it in moderation and I don't think anyone who uses it medically has developed further conditions, it's natural and is quite cheap to produce. Why not use it?
I think far far far too much money is spent on fighting the so called 'war against cannabis', our governments are so blindly biased against it. For example, recently in the UK a member of a drugs advisory clinic who advised the government that cannabis and ecstasy are no more harmful than horse riding (and bear in mind this guy was an expert in the field and had conducted a lot of research) was fired for talking out against the government's policies.
There seems to be such a stigma attached to people who use cannabis these days though which in the majority of cases isn't true. Whilst yes it can make people become lazy and carries risk of developing further conditions, all things in life can cause side effects which are derogatory.
If used in moderation I think cannabis is fine for the majority of people. Yes it goes wrong for some, but why outlaw it for all? I refer to me earlier points about tobacco and would like to put alcohol in for consideration here as well.
If I ever had the choice, I would much rather use cannabis than alcohol at a party. It's cheaper in terms of how long it lasts, I've never had any ill-harm from it and you still retain your morals and control whereas you don't with alcohol.
Can't think of anything else to add for now.

So after re-reading it I've come to the conclusion that you're asking what we think about marijuana use but your reasoning and "facts", well, I haven't a clue what you're on about there. My confusion isn't necessarily due to the numerous spelling and grammar mistakes, it's more about the chaotic mess and you making no sense whatsoever in most of your post.
As for your video, you've done something which I find to be extremely irritating: posting a link and essentially saying "here, read this, my reasoning is apparently in here". The video is over 1.5 hours long so I'm assuming there's much much more information in there than what you posted. Seeing as how you didn't explain the video nor take much of anything from it, I'm going to do the same as dismiss the video. In other words, you don't explain the video, then I don't watch it.
As for my views, yes marijuana can be harmful but it's not as harmful as other legalized "drugs". In fact, various forms of medications use elements of marijuana as treatments and make it into prescribed medications. For long-term use, research tends to show it is harmful but that applies to alcohol, tobacco, amphetamines, etc... . Overall, I think it's not all that harmful and am at a loss as to why it's not legal.
The stereotype about it I think has some truth to it so I don't completely think the stereotype is false or inaccurate. I do think though that calling someone who uses marijuana as being lazy or dull even when not using it is somewhat inaccurate.
I think that the main reason it's illegal though is that people want it illegal because the government and other sponsored groups want it illegal. I've found that until someone actually looks up proper research on it, they won't understand it if they just go by the propaganda and exaggerated, sometimes false messages. After all, if a government agency says it's bad because of whatever reasons and since it's illegal, the average person is going to go along with it and not oppose it. Why? They comply with the laws and since this is illegal then it must be bad (the general view on illegal things) so why bother to look into it? It's akin to having a professor of neuroscience tell the layperson that the raphe nucleus is the main area of serotonin release and this is located in the frontal lobe or that the corpus callosum which connects the hemispheres (one of the main "bridges") is located in the cerebellum. Both have some truth to them but the two statements as a whole are incorrect. A layperson is likely to trust the professor because the professor says so. If the layperson does even basic research into it (i.e. wikipedia), they'll find the professor is wrong. If the professor's statements are enforced and since the layperson obeys societal norms (including the professor), then what reason would they have for going against it. Even simply looking it up to see if the professor is right is associated with not completely obeying the laws, which goes against what people are compelled to do.
