If you don't tell any of your friends that you are bisexual,
and you check them out? My friends are straight (as far as I know) and they're all so showy with their private parts. For example changing in front of me, I always have to change somewhere else to hide my boners haha. Is this weird to check your friends out?
I never used to do this until like 3 years ago when I hit puberty.

I think that guys that have developed more than their peers, like to show off what they got. Especially in front of them. They are also comparing to each other. This is my first hand experience in my gym locker room. No need to tell people you are bi or anything else. If you are, then yes you may be aroused. Just keep looking until you find one you would like to know better. Then make friends, get to know them better and see where it goes from there.

Its up to you if you tell your friends that you are bi, and it isnt weird that you check them out... a guy is a guy and your going to look even if they aren't your friends. But I'd say it would be nice of you to tell them, or one... but make sure its the right time. :)

well im bi too and i have checked out my str8 friends although most know im bi and i make it clear i wont hit on them but that doesnt mean i wont check them out and if ur wanting ne advice on coming out to friends first be ready then tell ur closest friend if they are truely ur friend they wont care and in my opinion its easier to tell ur female friends i was scared to tell my guy friends but they were ok with it i even found out some things

Consider yourself lucky. I check guys out all the time, and there is nothing wrong with that. Being bi and not telling anyone is also fine. But you need to remember that if you tell then you are bi, they will most likely stop changing around you
