This girl I like

There's this girl that I know from school that I think is really pretty and funny and I kinda like her

The thing is though, I don't think she's realized that she is in fact really pretty, but I've noticed that the people around me agree with me and kind of hit on her. She's best friends with one of my best (girl)friends and she only really hangs out with her group of friends.

I wanna ask her out but I don't know what she'll say or if she likes someone else. Sometimes she's super awkward though haha so I never know if what I'm saying to her is dumb or if she finds it funny or whatever. I don't know, someone just say something.

Oh and it was kind of wierd because on Halloween I got super smashed at a party and my friends called her because they know that I like her and I ended up talking to her (of course). Apparently I asked her "if she wanted to go with me to Regents (this place where all my school friends hang out) during the daytime. when the sun is out...." That was before she even knew I liked her so I'm pretty sure she knows now. I'm pretty sure she thought it was cute because she told me it was the funniest thing that had happened to her in a while, but that could be a bad thing.

Anyways, I dunno how to handle the situation because I'm super crazy about her.

Don't believe everything you hear. For all you know she could have started the rumor to encourage you. Or she's hiding it by telling tales that she likes someone else. You'll never know until she says no.

Get to know her and become good friends with her, then you will be able to judge the situation better.

if someone find out who i like i say i like someone else just so they dont get all arkward to talk to etc but yea just ask her i havent got the balls ti ask the chick i like im thinking of doing it when a show is on (this weekend) and shes stay at my house should i do it on the night or in the morning or what :D

I'm pretty sure (from what you've told us, obviously) that she liked you.
It's more likely that she meant funny as in "your funny" not "that's so stupidly funny"
