I have come very close as well. But then again I was doing it in a stupid place. I am always in my bedroom now. I don't have an doorknob type lock but I bought a hinge type lock at the store for about $1.50. It has a Works great from the inside but you can't go out and lock the door without someone inside. It screws to the door frame and has a flip latch that holds the door from opening.
