Tin Foil

I have heard from some people that smoking from tinfoil is really bad, but others say that it doesn't matter because the temperature it needs to e at to breath in is too high. Whos right?

Actual tin foil can begin to vaporize at temperatures seen while smoking. So that first group of people is right.
Aluminum foil (Which is probably what you're thinking of) needs to be at a much higher temperature to vaporize.
