It's there to stop urine from passing through at the same time as seamen. It SHOULDN'T happen, and if it does then there is a problem.

If you pissed then came, thats fine.
If you came then pissed, thats fine.
If you pissed and came at the same time, then thats when you need to go see a doctor.

The seal (the thing that separates the tubes) can switch fast, it's not like you can't piss seconds after cumming (or vice versa) so if they both happened in quick succession then there is no problem at all.

if u push really hard, its normally possible, but youd need to squeeze the urinary muscles really hard. Dont do this if possible, it could damage the above mentioned membrane.
