:confused: Okay sorry i know this is for boys but this is for my friend.
He says he masterbates everyday and he wants to know if that is normal.

And yes, many teen boys do masturbate daily. Masturbation, however, does not cause the testicles to sag. They will do that anyways. When it's hot, they'll sag to keep the sperm at the right temperature. When it's cold, they scrunch up.
