OK, well mayb u want a proper reply, not just a pointless comment like from matty. Mostly thinking about having a big orgasm doesn't make you have one, and being well hydrated might have something to do with it. But i think one of the main factors that changes the intensity is how long you have been masturbating for before you finally ejaculate, or how long it has been since your last masturbating session.
