Cutting after getting a shot?

I was just wondering. Would anything bad happen if you cut after getting a shot? Since the medication is in your blood?

( Im trying to stop cutting btw, im just wondering though. Its been irking me for a while )

This could be wrong, and is only an educated guess...but my thinking is this:

You have at least a few liters of blood in your body and they inject you with what? less than 50mL of vaccine? Unless you're losing more than about a liter of blood, I wouldn't worry about the effects of the vaccine not working.

It's good to see that you are trying to quit cutting, of course, the first thing I would recommend if you are unsure is to refrain from cutting and to continue trying not to cut.
